2. Service Description & Usage

  • Single Connection: Unless you purchased a multi-device package, your subscription allows for one active connection at a time. Using your account on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic blocking by our security system.

  • Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials (username/password or M3U link) with friends, family, or online forums is strictly prohibited. Detected sharing will lead to immediate, permanent account suspension without refund.

  • VPN Usage: You are permitted and encouraged to use a VPN to bypass ISP restrictions if necessary.

3. Channel & Content Availability

IPTV Nine strives to provide the most stable and comprehensive channel list on the market. However, because we do not control the source streams:

  • Dynamic Lineup: The channel list and VOD library are subject to change without notice. Channels may be added, removed, or temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or source issues.

  • No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel or piece of content.

4. Technical Requirements & Quality

  • Internet Speed: To stream in HD/FHD, a stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps is required. For 4K content, we recommend 50 Mbps+.

  • Device Compatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android Box, Mag Box, etc.) before purchasing.

  • Buffering: While we use anti-freeze technology, occasional buffering may occur due to client-side internet fluctuations, ISP throttling, or weak Wi-Fi signals. We are not responsible for buffering caused by your local network environment.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Euros (€) or GBP (£) as displayed at checkout.

  • Refund Policy: We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you face technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not issued for “change of mind” after the 7-day period.
